How do I provide an alternative method for withdrawing additional funds?

Withdrawals to credit and debit cards can only be for the amount deposited.

Below are alternative methods for withdrawing additional funds that exceed the sum of the original credit/debit card.

Neteller: Send us an email to [email protected] with the requested withdrawal amount and the Neteller Account ID where you wish the amount to be transferred to.
